In order to promote better exchange and development opportunities for the fashion design industry of Macao, and to support the Macao Government’s initiative to promote cultural creative industry development, Macao Fashion Design Industry Association (MFDIA) has invited CPTTM to jointly organize a MFDIA Fashion Parade – Light of Macao Designers event.  19 member designers will showcase 75 fashion items on the catwalk, including men’s and women’s wear, casual wear, and evening wear.  It is an opportunity to show the outside world the results achieved by the Macao fashion industry in pursuing diversification and original design.

MFDIA is a non-profit organization that builds a communication bridge between Macao fashion design industry professionals and emerging designers.  The objective is to enhance mutual understanding, interaction, friendship, and cooperation.  Since its establishment in 2021, MFDIA now has more than 60 members.  Besides fashion designers, MFDIA hopes to recruit people who are in different aspects of the fashion industry chain, whether they are in commercial or educational sectors, to be part of MFDIA, thereby fostering more vigorous development of the industry.
