HAT is located in the industrial zone in Macao, covering an area of over ten thousand square feet. Its service target is the local garment industry for it occupies approximately 80% of exports from Macao. HAT provides a focal point for garment training, information and technology. It provides a variety of services and equipment for public use.
Use of Garment Equipment
A workshop for garment production and equipment training is open for use by the employees of the industry, fashion designers and students.
Supporting Service for Garment CAD/CAM Systems’ Application
The service is to assist the local manufacturers who have installed CAD/CAM systems to operate it more efficiently, as well as for others to understand more about how the systems operate. The CAD/CAM systems available at HAT include Lectra, Gerber and Docad.
Plastic Template Production
This service is provided to assist manufacturers to enhance the quantity and quality of their garment production process.
Digital Fabric Printing
This is to assist manufacturers and fashion designers in giving a quick response to their customers. The printing can be directly applied on fabric, so that a high-quality fabric design can be quickly produced.
Computerized Embroidery Sample Making Service
Using simple and convenient embroidery software, we can quickly create embroidery samples to help fashion design students or interested parties to integrate their innovative designs with computerized embroidery technology. This will enable them to create products with personal characteristics.
Fabric Laser Cutting Service
This service aims to enable the product of the local designers with creativity and personal characteristics.
